Was slightly late to my appointment today and the staff were very accommodating. The optician I saw was informative, thorough and was happy to see me despite me being late. I wanted to highlight the great service I had after my appointment, I'm not sure of the gentleman's name but he was so helpful and I appreciated the amazing service he gave.

Very disappointing aftercare service by rude staff unwilling to help, take your money then give no aftercare. Booked a Wez appointment promised to send results to GP then sent it to wrong GP and addressing it to Singleton Hospital even though I?d given the correct GP I had to collect it then take it myself to GP unsatisfied with service I received from Vision Express unbelievable attitude of staff who complained of being the only member of staff on duty. Will never use again. The reply by owner sends me to a online site which does not work Useless company

Received email for eye test made appt online received phone call on morning of appt asking if I would be ar store 10.55 appt 11.05 agreed get to store nobody bothered with me until 11.10 then asked what test I was there for I said you sent me the email don?t you know she said no because I booked appt online I said yes because vision express asked me to any I was then given a contact lens check I checked email when I got home I was due an eye test surely they should know I only went to the Tesco store branch as I?ve had problems with swansea service in poor appt timekeeping but it seems they are both poor then filled out a customer services form from website login and no reply from my query very poor customer service very poor systems they always blame the computir system not the user .

Been going to the Cadle branch in tescos for over 20 yrs and I've never had a bad experience the staff have never not been polite always had a laugh and a joke will never go anywhere else
