Awful store. I won't set foot in there, again. I made 3 attempts to send a parcel and the extremely rude, post office teller was deliberately unhelpful and unprofessional, each time. The last time, she , sneeringly, advised me to send the parcel back to Amazon and get them to pass it on (!) The newsagent staff aren't much better. Going out of their way to be rude,slamming change on the counter, dismissively. I think they might all be on valium. I'll go anywhere but there from now on.

The woman working there looks like she?s been slapped in the face with a wet fish , so miserable, so rude , I suggest if she hates her Job that much do us all a favour and get a job as a traffic warden.

Don't encourge social distancing. Brought too many from outside just because they wanted to shut up shop. Refused to let me post parcel just because it was close to their closing time.

What is going on with this place?They not only struggle to maintain a newspaper delivery service but they don?t seem to care about the shoddy service. Yet when I call in (on my father-in-law?s behalf) to inquire whether his newspaper is being delivered there seems genuine confusion as they struggle to determine whether they have or haven?t, leafing blankly through pages of addresses before answering me.Honestly, it feels like they don?t want to grow the business. I guess they?re not the owners, or the newspaper delivery side is more hassle than it?s worth.It?s a shame for isolated, elderly customers, many of whom might be unable to walk to Uplands, so are depending on newspapers being delivered..

This establishment has the most disorganised paper delivery service I have ever had the misfortune to experience. I only have one paper per week to be delivered to my house bound mother. The paper boys frequently fail to do their job . There is no explanation and no apology . Dreadful service !!!!!
