If you are disabled forget the doctor's duty of care from this place as they just don't care cause you will not bring in the money if you can't get them to give you drugs for the pain the person is in.

We've recently moved to the area and registered with the surgery. The booking system is very stressful, having to persistently ring through at 8am and 2pm to try and get an appointment and if you're lucky enough to get through needing an ordinary appointment that isn't required for something same day is almost impossible. The booking system is outdated and incredibly anxiety inducing.The Drs seems nice, we are a big family and over the winter have seen a number of them due to winter illness'. Most GPS didn't actually listen to my concerns as a mother and even when I was stern in asking for antibiotics, the one gp decided to stamp his authority and throw nice guidelines in my face and refused these resulting in a hospital visit, and a public health inquest.The one Gp I saw personally who was extremely direct and short and her bedside manner wasn't the greatest but she actually listened to my request and did what I asked.I've written a formal complaint and recieved a letter to say they'd investigate and heard nothing since this was a good 8 plus weeks ago.All in all we have been severely disappointed with the conduct and lack of basic service from this GP. Hoping that with the warmer weather coming we won't need to attend.I wouldn't recommend this GP practice.

Shocking, it has gone down In my estimation. Stupid phone system by the time you get to triage all the appointments have gone or you get to triage line & no.20!!! Pointless by the time you get to your turn there's none!!! That's IF you're luckyenough to even GET through

Verging on impossible to get an appointment if you have a job where you cannot take a private phone call when they decide to phone you back. The system to get through is also not fit for purpose. I tried 118 times to get through last Tuesday with no success..

Seems to be impossible to get an appointment! I tried to ring several times at the appropriate times yesterday and today, but after just meeting with the engaged tone each time,I then got the automated message to say the triage lines are full! Got a chest infection which needs antibiotics.. guess will just have to suffer in silence,or ring 111 out of hours! Terrible service. Why can?t there be a call back service like some other surgeries,or Ask my GP service???

Used to be 5 stars until they've recently changed their answer message on the call, now its "press 1 for this"... Another "press 1 for this"... Then "you are now caller 20 in queue" that's if it doesn't come up as engaged and hang up on you!This is absolutely ridiculous!!!It used to be so easy to get through!Just as bad as any other doctors system now ? good luck to anyone trying to book an appt these days

Absolute disgrace when an 82 year old in pain can not even get through on the phone to the surgery and has been trying for 3 days ! , you would have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment to actually be seen by a doctor here.
