I tried to contact the Swansea branch this morning but the call went unanswered many times, so I phoned the 0345 number. I got through to a call centre and the person who took my call was not able to help and did not grasp the essence of my call. I gave up. Then, this afternoon I got a call from Deena in the Swansea branch who was returning the calls to the numbers that had not been answered. I was so impressed. Deena was able to answer my query and offered me a solution. Wow. What a fantastic service. Full marks to TSB Swansea for their initiative in following up missed calls and the superb and friendly customer servcie.

Whilst I can?t comment on the branch here I will clarify that their online banking support is shocking. I?ve spent 58 mins over 5 days trying to get some support regarding a failed online transaction to no avail. In a word rubbish!

Shockingly poor. We called in the bank at 4:10pm (branch closes at 5pm) today to open an account for our 11 year old son. There were 4 assistants available. Despite a 2 hour round trip to get to the branch (which we explained) and no other customers waiting in the branch, we we could only open a new account with an appointment. Shame on you for your lack of care. My son, was ever so disappointed and could have been a lifetime customer. He will now bank elsewhere.

I spoke to Ellis in the Swansea branch this morning .I live in Ealing London . My local branch is in Ealing Broadway London W5I feel compelled to record my appreciation and thanks for his help in resolving my very serious issue . I was very demanding and pressurising him and very agitated and anxious because I couldn't see a cheque on my account . I was in a state of panic . The cheque was for £3900 and I had several bills to pay .. The trouble was that the cheque was paid into a local Post Office and they couldn't trace the cheque . I was panicking . I thought it may have gone astray .Ellis stayed with me and was very patient , calm , most helpful and understanding and supportive . This was not just an exceptionally high standard of customer service . Ellis went way beyond this .

Very good bank but absolutely shocking telephone abilities. Been ringing every day for 2 weeks no one answers so whatâ??s the point in having a bloody phone number! When you do go in branch they all â??too busyâ?? and someone will contact me back and never does! Horrible service

Closed early today, made me late for paying my council tax. Meant too close at 3 but decided half 2 was good enough and couldnâ??t even be bothered to come to the door to give an explanation. Poor.
