This was a by far larger room than in Central London, however to be fair, London doesn't have the same space allowance as Wales does. The staff were kind and helped us recieve cabs and irons. I do wish they had more on the menu for dietary restriction and allergies, but I guess when one does not receive as many customer with these issues, they don't really see a need to change, but my generation has a lot more health and eating issues, so they are bound to change in the next 5 years or so.Nearby activities: There was much to do around there, but we were foodies, so we went to restaurants.Walkability: Stores and food were close by. However, Swansea closes shop at about 5:30-6:00, so We didn't get to go to as many places as we wanted to see.

Terrible sleep, noisey room (creaking and weird ceiling noises) . Towels smelt damp and like vinegar. Bath was full of hair and clearly hadn't been cleaned after the last person stayed. To top it all off after booking a late check out we were woken up by four rude staff in the morning shouting in the corridors. When told we had a late check out, the one just rolled her eyes and walked off. We left before actual checkout, leaving our late checkout paid for. Terrible stay and will be using an alternative accommodation in the future.

Lovely warm greeting as we arrived. Spotlessly clean room and comfy bedPerfect location for Swansea Arena and reasonable parking in St David's car park.

Location was perfect to visit the LC2 and the arena, was a but noisy but was expected tbh, I booked a family room for a single occupant as it was cheapest for a quick stay. Bed was comfy, but back wasn't the greatest in morning, bedding clean, room was quite big, and pretty clean, did need a bit of dusting here and there. Bathtub had no shower head, and needs a grout cleaning. Recieved towels, but only 1 hand towel and had to ask for another toilet roll. Otherwise stay was OK for 1 night, what i was expecting for the price.Rooms: Clean and spacious, need a bit of dusting here and there.Walkability: Swansea arena and LC2 close by, shopping close by, cinema across the road and wind street so great location for all that

Refurbished hotel in the centre of Swansea. The rooms are very adequate but the communal areas, i.e. corridors are somewhat grubby. The door closure mechanisms leave something to be desired - they are very noisy. The hot buffet breakfast was poor.Having said all that, the staff are all very pleasant and most helpful.

Room was dirty but staff moved us straight away and helpful but very busy and scaffolding started across the road first thing so a little noisy but this was just bad timing very help

The hotel is located in the city center and is just a short walk from the marina. However, I found the bed to be a bit hard, so I opted to leave early and check into another hotel nearby.

Perfect location for visiting my daughter. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good, but there was no Gluten free bread, literally the only complaint I have! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be staying again and have recommended to other family members.
