Called at the store and we were dealt with by Brent and Kirst. They dealt with us with prompt and efficient service. The products we wanted weren't in stock, so they ordered them for us and we called back in a couple of days later to collect them.

Went in for some bits and was basically ordered to get a mask next time as I wasn't wearing one.. Fair comment I guess, but it would help if the Sgt major barking had his over his nose like it should be.. It was barely over his mouth.. The other guy was cool enough. I just don't get this bad attitude direct barking Sgt approach. Ffs.. I'm out..

Great to call in and "Click and Collect" my order, saw some other items I needed whilst there and was expertly and professionally helped by Lee.Will definitely use this store as they are so easy to get to and work well in the present difficult COVID climate.Thanks Lee! another 5 stars from me.Called in again on Friday 12 March, late in the day and close to closing time but was met by Rhydian and Jon who could not have been better at ensuring I was served really efficiently and quickly!Thanks to all at this store for all they are doing to keep people safe and supplied. See you again soon. 10 STARS as 5 is just not enough.Again I have to thank Joe & Brent for fabulous late evening service on Saturday 12th February, didn?t have in stock what I needed so called over to Cwmdu and reserved the bits I needed with Jim?..great service and always a smile from these guys. Thank you so much again and you?ll soon have a whole constellation of stars ??

Always great service at this branch and Toolstation always tend to have better stock levels than others. Jon & Brent were great today, nothing to much trouble for them both and even helped bring my materials to the van as there was so much.

Staff were extremely helpful. I wasn?t sure which drill would work best for the DIY job I was planning but the staff gave me great advice and recommended extra tool bits that I needed too. Thank you, will definitely return in the future and recommend the store to friends.

The staff here were amazing this morning. Quick service, very friendly staff and even helped me to the car with my item.As someone who is disabled I was very worried about putting a heavy item into my car on my own (delivery was unavailable) they eased my concerns within seconds of entering the shop.Really impressed, never bought from here before but I'll definitely be back again.
