I normally receive great service here as a trade customer, but lately the place has gone downhill. Since the staff changeover, customer service has become non-existent. The female staff member, possibly the manager, seems extremely unapproachable and miserable. Even trying to explain what you need feels like a challenge. Her poor attitude gives the impression that she doesn?t even want to be there.
Better off going to Enterprise Park, where they smile, say please and thank you! And welcome you with open arms lol!

Such friendly and helpful people. Every time I go there, they are happy to help me and always happy to help. They even remembered me when I went back 2nd time. Been there many times since. Thank you for being such a lovely store with lovely people working there.

Impossible to get contact by phone as you?re in a never ending queue. After 5 days of ordering an item that was coming from warehouse and should have only taken 24 hrs I still haven?t received it. Probably because evri is the carrier ?. Shocking service

I wish all Click & Collect services were like this place. 15 mins after making the order, I got a text saying my order was ready for collection. And the staff are great. Definitely recommend this place. ?

Ordered online from an easy to use website. Received email within 15 minutes to say order ready to be picked up. On collection the staff were friendly and following covid guidelines. Good value for money, would recommend.

I have used Toolstation Cwmdu, for 3yrs and have always been polite ,pleasant, and helpful. I know normally what I need, they always offer alternatives or next day delivery by post or branch collect. The setup due to covid-19, has been excellent. when a young builder came in ,with no mask on, he was challenged by the counter staff ! His response was " I DO NOT BELIEVE IN IT." the counter staff plus manager`s reply was -NO MASK MEANS NO SERVICE!!! The staff are really looking after every customer that comes in to buy off the store --- my greatest thanks ROB.

I go there regularly and have always received a 5 star service. Today I was served by Dylan who was polite, helpful, informative and patient. The team at the cwmdu branch always give the best possible customer service and safety in this current pandemic has always been at there highest regard. Well done it's nice to have a branch that cares about their customers

Such an easy & pleasant shopping experience & excellent value for money. I ordered on line, & as soon as I entered the branch, someone attended to me & I had my purchase instantly. It doesn?t get easier than this. Nice staff too - polite, cheerful & knowledgeable.

I was stood outside social distancing as another customer was being served, when I heard and then saw a staff member who asked if he could help. I was served instantly and left promptly with my goods. First class service and lovely member of staff as usual. Thanks
