Had lunch here during the busy school holidays. The place was amazing, very relaxed, clean and staff were amazing. Ri our carver was great with the kids and Alister our server was friendly and really helpful. One of the best Toby's we've been to, highly recommend!

The food was beautiful with the roast beef a true highlight but I admittedly ordered too much so I unfortunately couldn't eat it all but I definitely would come here again

Toby carvery gone down hill went there today the servery looked dirty I asked for a child?s plate dinner for my uncle who?s a oap doesn?t eat much and was told it?s normal size plate only they don?t do kids plates also then asked for a take away container had too ask about 5 different staff and instead of putting the food in one they take away boxes they rapped it all in cling film absolutely terrible I won?t ever be returning much rather next time going somewhere tidy with tidy staff cause this place is a joke gone terrible

The service is amazing, food was amazing. I would 100% recommend going there, I love a roast dinner and going to the Toby carvery is just amazing. My server Phoebe was amazing and really helpful, I asked her questions about the app and how to get it and the offers and she helped me, very grateful now I don?t miss the deals

7 of us called for breakfast this morning, cold plates, no eggs , beans, or bacon in containers, had to wait aged for food to come out, as a result breakfasts were cold, very disappointed, when we complained we were asked if we were joking. Extremely disappointed, manager nowhere to be seen. They need to improve standards to what they used to be.

I have going to cockieshell since it opened at least twice a month but the new duty manager has got to be the worst i have ever met. Last night my food was warm but not hot I ask the manager for a box so I could take it home to reheat it he brought it back to me in a grease proof bag I asked him where was the box he told me its not the Tobys policy to put the food in containers .. Needless to say I want be going to the Toby again

Order wrong on two occasions.
Food was overcooked, roast potatoes were dry and not enough meat....not a very nice meal at all
