After giving up on line trying to alter my phone contact with Three, I called into the shop in Swansea Quadrant. Nikita, a customer Advisor, was very helpful and dealt promptly with my query. I arranged a better package and saved money !

Took out a new contract with 3 because it was important my network provider had a store in my town, only to be told they couldn't help me set up my phone as I'd ordered it online... with 3!! Its 3 Im paying monthly so why cant they help? Really disappointing. The man spoke to me as if I was stupid. I explained I'm not good with technology and left the store feeling quite embarrassed. Definitely would not recommend to friends and family. Shame as I was with 3 years ago and had nothing but good experiences in Folkestone and Neath stores.

Went to three swansea today, great and friendly service, very helpful. Was a comfortable and relaxing environment and the process was smooth thanks to the staff especially Louis and Kelly who dealt with me, sorted everything out for me smoothly and quickly.
