Just got back from my first ever visit. They had all my drugs. They invited me to wait, so I obtained everything I needed there and then. The reception lady was a delight and her two assistants (that I saw briefly) were smily and friendly. Best of all, the customers were chatty and one gentleman in particular was so funny. I had a great time! I read the recent bad reviews, so felt compelled to put the record straight.

They weren't particularly good before, over the past year they've become totally useless. The have zero customer service training, so don't expect to be acknowledged when waiting. Also, don't expect a prompt and courteous service when you need assistance. The staff at this pharmacy are incompetent and even try and blame the public for errors made by staff. The sooner a new pharmacy takes the better for everyone.

Needs severe management overhaul with the simplest of implicated measures. First of all I can see staff are obviously overworked, a subject of the current climate. That's understandable. Their jobs seem like they could be made so much easier by actually communicating with the "customers" that come in. No one knows what's going on. It is a literal free for all. A queuing system and a designated prescription drop off area (like perhaps the surgery or a little postbox) would go a million miles. 90% of the people that come in here are self entitled, arrogant queue jumpers with absolutely no regard for anyone else in their vicinity. As nice as the staff are in here that I have encountered thus far, nothing is done to rectify the pure carnage that ensues when stepping though the door into the arena. For some reason people turn into wild primates when they walk onto the pharmacy or surgery - the surgery next door has a good no nonsense policy with thus madness, why does the adjoining pharmacy not? Pure chaos

Very impressed that they are open on a Sunday between 4-6pm. I urgently needed a prescription after seeing an out of hours doctor and thank god they were open. I rang ahead as I was close the their closing time and he asked what was on my prescription to check he had it in stock (which he did) and was very helpful when asking for advice on when I can take the new medication after taking my previous prescription. Thank you for being open at this time.

I recently this pharmacy and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with patience and ease. The pharmacy had a wide range of products, including over-the-counter medications, prescription drugs, and health and beauty items.The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I was also impressed with the fast and efficient service at the checkout, which made my shopping experience smooth and stress-free.In addition to the great products and customer service, the pharmacy also offered a number of services, including flu shots and blood pressure screenings. The pharmacists on staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing me with valuable information about my medications and health.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my visit to this pharmacy and would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy place to fill their prescriptions and purchase their health and beauty products. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, making it a true pleasure to shop there.

The Pharmacist goes on ?lunch? between 12:30 until 2:30pm EVERY DAY. This means that if you turn up at that time you can?t collect a prescription.This might be fine for retired people, stay at home parents and people who don?t work, but for the rest of us these 2 hours are when it is most likely for us to get away in our own lunch breaks to collect. This is highly inconsiderate and shows no respect to those of us who work for a living.

Spoke to a very helpful young lady named Angharad regarding delivery of prescriptions for my Dad.Angharad was patient, courteous and efficient throughout & dealt with my request promptly. What a terrific ambassador for the Pharmacy.

We have used this pharmacy 4 times during lockdown as it?s been convenient! We live in killay but don?t go to the killay surgery! But have found the staff and pharmacist to be very unhelpful! Always making an issue of finding our scripts. Don?t know what their problem is but it?s not a nice experience.
