I was visiting the area for a few days and my inhaler pump run out. I rang this chemist to explore buying one privately. The staff and especially the pharmacist was amazing, professional, genuine and helpful . I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough they definitely helped me out of a tricky spot.?!

Very grateful to the amazing staff at this friendly and helpful local pharmacy. They have been able to get particular meds (versions which dont interfere with other medicines) when no-one else in Swansea could get hold of them for me. They are knowledgeable and regularly check in with me relating to my meds, their interactions, and problem-spotting and fixing. Highly recommend.

This pharmacy have now left me for over a week with no medication.This is medication that stops me wanting to off myself and another that prevents me from going BLIND.I am now so dizzy from inadvertently going cold-turkey on this medication that I can't sit up anymore. I can't get the meds myself. I'm waiting on a delivery that's seeming less and less likely to come.When I called them about this, they lied and said that they'd tried to contact my GP to get the prescription and gotten no response. I contacted the GP, who then stated they hadn't been contacted at all over the past week.
