Absolutely the best Sunday lunch I have ever had. Everything was delicious from the creamy cauliflower cheese, the perfect mashed potato to the stunning salt marsh lamb. The staff were so attentive and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. The couple behind us though complained about numerous items after eating EVERYTHING on their plates. I find it abhorrent that people would do this just to get a discount or a free meal. We left exceptionally happy with our meal and all the other patrons seemed to feel the same way. We will definitely be returning to The Shed.

My wife and I went for a 1400 lunch sitting. Sat at the kitchen counter, kitchen staff all incredibly friendly, waiting and bar staff all attentive and friendly.
My wife didn?t fancy any of the cocktails listed so the bar tender asked what flavours she liked and before you know it she had something she loved.
The food was beautiful, we had the Fore-rib to share and it was beautiful, incredible beef, the plate had artichokes, salad and nuts, all really tasty!
From the little appetisers through to starters right out to the last cocktails, everything we ate and drank was beautiful and we ordered loads and I regret nothing!!!
In terms of value, I thought it was bang on. If you want a cheap bite maybe not the gaff but if you want good value for money, incredible food and drink prepared really well and great services this place is proper value for money!
Kid-friendliness: There were young children there enjoying.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible all one level and no awkward door thresholds to prevent chair access

Came here with my dad for his birthday.
Really delicious food and excellent service. Thank you so much Peter! Went above and beyond to cater for my dad and his many questions.. ? we came midweek, not too busy but still a good atmosphere.
We had such a great time, highlights were the potted crab starter, and the grilled mackerel main.
Thanks again for a special evening!

We loved every dish in this restaurant - from the broccoli and cured duck starters to the perfection of the steak and kidney pie and side dishes and the exquisite coffee parfait and strawberry sorbet desserts. This is cooking at its very finest, served by a friendly waiting team.

There was a hair in my desert so I sent it back - the chef removed the hair and sent the same dish back to me! His staff were told to say it was a bristle from a pastry brush but I've never seen a pastry brush made of curly human hair...
Other than that the food was nice.

We went on Valentine?s Day, and the food was good. However, we ordered dessert, which was hot chocolate caramel pudding. Unfortunately, it had human hair on it. When we showed it to them, they took our dessert to the kitchen and, after 5 minutes, brought back that dessert and said it was a pastry brush hair. But it was human hair, so they ignored it. They said you have it or order again, which will take 25 minutes, or cancel it, which we cancelled ?. I didn't expect they ignore their mistake?

Well Valentine's day was a treat here.
The staff are really on point and gave us VIP treatment to make the day even more special.
The food here is amazing and it truly deserves all the awards the place has won.

We had a 4 course ?tasting menu?, though I think it?s called something else, for £36. On par with many other tasting menus I have had for literally a third of the cost. The food was thoughtfully curated, delicious and we went away full! The service was incredibly attentive, truly wonderful. Highly recommend and we?ll be going back again often as I believe the menu changes with what food is available from the farms that they work with. 5 star!

We had a delicious lunch on a Saturday. Staff is welcoming and very attentive. Food was delicious and interesting without any snobbery. The menu showcases an array of delicious local produce. We can see the shed is faithful to the spirit of St John restaurant in London but adding a Welsh twist!

Excellent venue. Outstanding food with a local sourcing and seasonal approach. Exec chef has a passion for the local supply so expect a unique experience. Staff couldn't have been nicer.
