Polyfilla advertised at 9.99 then tried to charge me 10.50 at the till. Refused to believe me until I went and got the label off the shelf. Then were annoyed at having to refund me the difference! Lessons on customer service desperately needed at this store.

The range is consistently good for all manner of homewares. A little pricey, but at the same time I do think there isn't a low quality item in the house.

Went to buy a lamp today that was advertised as £59.99 when I got to the checkout I was told it was £99 when I questioned this I was told a staff member would check the shelf for the price so I went with the staff member to check, she then told me it was a different lamp and the right one was above (which was literally the same lamp) I explained it?s the same to be told no they have different bar codes so I asked if I could have the display lamp as that was the only one left to be told she?d ask the manager, the manager came to tell me I could have the display lamp and asked me to meet him at the checkout, went to the checkout and then 5 minutes later the manager returns to say oh no they actually are the same lamp but they are indeed £99 and that?s how much I would have to pay when I questioned why it was advertised at £59.99 he replied ?it just happens sometimes? disgusting attitude to have to be honest. False advertisement to try and get people to pay more as some wouldn?t have the courage to question it. Will be reporting to citizens advice consumer service for them to report to trading standards.
