I come here regularly to get food and drink as the prices are great and the taste of the food is to die for. Sophie has served me most often and always has a smile on her face and is always so accommodating to my fussy palate. It will always be my top spot to get food and see a nice face ?

London Pride ran out Monday evening
Still not back on Wednesday. Gents toilets worse I have ever seen soaking wet floor buckets under each urinal,vomit in one sink and one wc beyond description. Asked to speak to duty manager to complain "she's on her break" was my response.
Steer clear.

Went in for a few pints with my husband yesterday and I have to say I'm not very impressed. We watched the staff slag off customers that they had just served in a very degrading manor SEVERAL times, and when it came to our turn to order drinks the lady behind the bar was very rude and unwelcoming. Overall its not a bad pub but if you want to go somewhere where the staff wont judge you and slate you behind your back I would avoid, go somewhere that will respect you wouldn't waste the money.

Quite appalled at the service received from one of the bar staff tonight. Went in to get drinks only to have rude remarks relayed to me. NOT IMPRESSED!!! will say atmosphere was sound, but the woman who served me (pink top and brown hair??) was extremely rude? Not sure why as I am a paying customer. Heard her snarky remarks to security about other customers, which is rather disgusting to be honest. Wouldn't recommend, others near us said the food was awful as well. The griffin really need to think about the staff they're hiring. Until food and service are improved, i will not be returning. Vile.

Absolutely disgusting service the food was bell over cooked and swimming in grease took the food back looked at you like we had 2 heads and then few staff and one of the management team sitting by the bar slagging off paying customers and taking about people very unprofessional
