Tesco kindly sort out your staff at Langdon Road close to the train station. hi made my purchase and the staff didn't know how to add bonus points onto my club card. I purchased the items at full price.
After paying without my discount i packed the items into my bag. The bag had medications inside already. After walking outside the shop i felt liquid dropping on my leg. l stopped opened my bag only to notice a can had burst inside. i took out the can and showed it to a member of staff who began shouting at me i asked her why she had raised her voice apparently it was i who had raised my voice...
i have problems raising my voice due to pain in my larynx. Now comes the security officer who jumped onto the staff side by saying it was me.
He then asked me to listen as he rambled on about things which had no bearing dumb founded by his stupidity i kept quiet which seemed to frustrate him even more.
A gentleman who saw what was going on asked the security guy to help me. It's none of your business, go away he replied. Now a senior citizen who came in at the end said i listened and it's you who raised your voice. Asked when he came in he said it was you....You saw nothing nor did you hear foul language or shouting but it is me who overpaid and asked if a man purchases goods surely you can pack items into a bag and carry them home.... Three weeks ago an entire fresh food product were thrown away because the freezer broke down. You replaced the items yet your goods was handed to me which broke in my bag.
i was told by the security to get out of the store and never come back! For asking for your staff to do their jobs. Closing ranks and asking a customer of tesco not to come back means what exactly? Are they employees or owners of tesco?

It's located near the city center Bus station and you can do a quick shopping or complete shopping here. You can get the every daily use products here and the staff is very helpful here.

Terrible rude man read my receipt and pretended I was cheap don?t go here go to de la beche road Tesco?s they are much nicer there and it?s not good quality service a man on staff incredibly rude!

The worst customer service I ever experienced in a Tesco Express. And they all have a terrible customer service.It feels like the members of the staff hate to have customers in the shop, is like they are making you a favour by attending you.I won't go back to shop there.

Terrible customer service and personality issues. Arsey and aggressive attitude from the staff. One was named Cheryl but didn't catch the other guys name. Very abrupt and rude. Won't be visiting again.

Really poor customer service from a member of staff. Using the self service till as the lady behind the till was serving customers and the till I was using was not working. Looked around for a member of staff and luckily there was one stood right behind me. I asked nicely if she could use her ID card to reset the till so I could pay and leave. The old women shook her head and shrugged her shoulders as if I was speaking another language. She then responded "I'm on my lunch" so I had to wait for a different member of staff to leave what she was doing to assist me. She then had a little giggle with her colleague about the situation. The irony is I was Infront of her in the queue if she had helped me she would of had more time to enjoy her lunch. Her poor attitude towards her work and her colleagues is probably the reason why she has never progressed in life but tbh I expected more. The amount of times I've worked through a lunch break or stopped what I was doing to help a customer.. not because I have such a great attitude but because it is the right thing to do. I guess some people are stuck in their ways. I will learn to expect less from Tesco employees. Let's hope that Tesco get rid of their old, deadwood employees like Cheryl and replace them with people who have the right attitude.

I have just experienced the worst example of apathy from members of staff within a Tesco store. Called in for a few essential as I'm staying close. Had to use the self service as the 3 members of staff all did there best to avoid any contact with customers.After I was struggling with the self service accepting my Tesco pay+ I asked for some assistance. The member of staff was clearly disinterested, and because she didn't have an answer so she spoke to the manager. After turning up the phones brightness it worked, but no receipt. So I found the manager and explained there was no receipts dispensing.She begrudgingly left clearing the bread section and went to the till, however my transaction was not listed."What did you pay?""I don't know exactly as it was on my Pay+""I can't help you if you don't know""Well this is all the shopping and none of those match the possible value"At this point her tone changed to surly."I'm trying to help you and you're being unhelpful"To be clear I wasn't being obstructive or unhelpful,but instead you as a manager were disinterested and clear couldn't care about customer service.Pitiful service.Whats more reading the other reviews I'm not the first to experience this kind of inept service.
