Shocking service. Only 2 checkouts open, with huge queues. All other tills have been changed to self scan. Very small area for putting your groceries, especiallmicey if you are doing your weekly shop. Every other customer I spoke to was equally disgruntled and advised they will be shopping elsewhere next week....as well I. Very bad idea on Tescos part.

Dreadful new tills - gone are the cashiers. Literally takes forever to scan every item, which ALL seem to need the supervisor to verify. Took 20 minutes to wait for the previous lady to scan a moderate size trolley of shopping. Then it took me the same. Over 30 times the supervisor was called! All the supervisors agreed it was ridiculous.
And you can?t pack until all items are scanned and paid for, due to the weight.
Spoke to the manager, who said it was all down to head office. Every store is going to have these installed.
Goodbye Tesco, I?ve been loyal for 40 years, but never again! I?ve probably spent £1000 per month there for work and home items. I hope everybody boycotts their stores.
It?s NOT progress, it?s a massive retrograde step.

Awful experience today!
Only 2 tills open ....unless you go to self serve! 5 tills not open at all!!
The store was really busy ....the car park was rimmed.
It took longer to queue to pay than to do over £60 worth of shopping!
That's my last visit!

Disappointed to see most of the tills for a full shop were the new self serve today. Only 1 till had a human being serving. I'm happy to queue to be served. The member of staff didn't look shocked that customers were refusing to serve themselves with a big trolley load..

Went to buy an outdoor corner sofa and the staff were absolutely fantastic, two of the team helped us get it into the car and when it didn't fit in our car and we had to ask a friend for a lift, the woman from customer service came out to check on us. Absolutely fantastic service.

I'm disappointed writing this . We have called to Tesco Llansamlet for the all day breakfast for a long time on a regular basis with family as we've always thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere, service etc. However today it was very expensive for what we had as prices have increased to a rate which means it's no longer value for money for a cafe and we all decided today we will not be returning. They use their own products at the café so I'm not sure why it's gone so expensive. I'm sure many others will feel the same. Shame.

Superb service from a polite young man with his hair up and a lovely bald gentleman with glasses!

Always fantastic service by Wayne on the tills. Always goes above and beyond when serving. Our 2 kids aged 2 and 5 always ask to go to him as he makes a big fuss with them and knows them on name terms. Brilliant!!

Big and spacious staff very helpful recently went there for a coffee it had changed so much had to go to the board for order a coffee I don't do boards and when I went up to the counter I was told to go to the board to oder it didn't make sense they accepted cash at the counter but there was a card machine at the bottom of these boards I said forget it walked put and went to The Copperpot hungry horse fabulous Tescos was extremely disappointing fir that I've given only 1 stars

Went to Tesco today my boyfriend bought a monster energy we are both well over the age of 16 I?m 22 and he?s 26 they asked for our ID my boyfriend had his and I didn?t we both do not look under 18 at all as we normally get served in other supermarkets the staff were extremely rude about the situation didn?t even say anything and just took the drink off us when my boyfriend had his ID out and they were for him every single time we go in there the staff are very very rude I completely get it when it comes to alcohol but for an energy drinks it was very extreme especially when we both have tattoos which you have to be over 18 to get and to tell us there?s nothing they can do about it ignore us and walk away I will NEVER be shopping here again

Staff in Cafe are always pleasant and staff in the clothing section. Never had a problem at the tills but the women on the self checkout need some customer service training. Several occasions I have bought things at self service and one particular woman doesn't speak to you, clicks her buttons and walks off. I thought she had come over to take a tag off my clothing I was purchasing and she walked off. Then as I was walking out another lady just took my jeans off me and walked off to the till to take the tag off and handed them back. Nothing. Not any verbal communication at all with the two women. They were able to hold a conversation together though and completely ignore me. As I say, it's happened a few times.
