It says online that they open at 6am, turns out they open at 7. I can't tell you how much this has invomeinienced me. Incredibly unprofessional behaviour.

Was about to let people know that despite what the parcel websites say the printer and scanners aren?t working for digital labels but I also couldn?t agree more with how rude some of the employees are when going to pick up a parcel. It saves me money to get it delivered to a shop but almost every time I?ve been to pick up my parcels, if it is the same man behind the counter then he tells me to come back another time or rudely he has told me to move to the side and wait for multiple queues to go first while I just wait. I?ve wasted so much time coming back and forth for parcels that are at this shop but don?t get given to me.
