Waited at the checkout only to realise that it was self service and was cared only! The lady staff member said they dont take cash! Absolutely ridiculous

Staff are very rude and disrespectful customer service was terrible, shouting at customers when there was no need and walking away when asked for help.
We're not approachable at all, not sure if it was because we were people of colour but very rude.

A great Tesco store right in the centre of Swansea. It stocks everything you need, and has a big world foods section too. The sushi counter is also amazing and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable!

One of the worst customer experiences I ever had, shopping there this afternoon. We were trying to get a colleague?s attention to proceed with the purchase, he outright ignored us and was giving us sideway glances like we were some kind of perpetrators. Then another lady proceeded to inform us that because our child touched and scanned some painkillers they are legally unable to sell it to us. She came and snatched that out of my hand and another one from the basket and she walked away. Never before have I seen such poor communication and customer service skills. When I tried giving her honest feedback she became defensive and surrounded herself with approx 4 male colleagues. What bugged me the most was the abhorrent attitude with which she and her male colleague have handled the interaction, ignoring us and speaking into their headsets like we were doing sth illegal, instead of using common sense and acting in a friendly manner.

Rubbish experience at self checkout! 2 or 3 of the staff always standing in the corner chatting among themselves! And it?s a trick to get their attention if you need help. This presents an image of carelessness and poor supervision! A few of them are quite helpful, always walking around looking to help but most of them are clueless of customer?s needs!

I accidentally bought formula milk for my baby which isn?t lactose free. Went back on the same day to exchange but they had a strict policy not to accept any returns/refunds on baby food. I understand if its due to security reasons. But they could at least put a note in the aisle. When I told them that a note/warning would be useful, Ladies at the checkout were so rude. Could have just said calmly rather than being so mean

Appalling experience on self checkout when I queried about a parking voucher. Very abrupt female employee and I overheard the male employee make a disgusting comment regarding the parking as I left, won't repeat it on here.
