WENT TO GET A PERSCRIPTION FOR A CANCER PATIENT ONLY 2 IN THE QUE WOMAN HAD PERSONAL CHAT WITH SOMEONE SHE KNEW THEN SERVED US / THEN TOLD TO COME BACK IN 30 MINS AND WAS TOLD IN HER EXACT WORDS ` WE DONT HAVE THIS MEDCATION COME BACK IN THE MORNING IF YOU WANT THE TABLETS` WAITED 50 MINS IN TESCO FOR NOTHING
IF MY STAFF HAD THE ATTITUDE SHE HAD I WOULD SACK THEM END OF

Absolutely shocking, for 2 months in a row they have lost my prescriptions, finding it the first time after sending me away and trying to send me away for the second time. How are they allowed to get away with comments like 'are you sure you ordered it' and 'maybe it wasn't signed' and 'oh there is a label here but we can't find your prescription' honestly people have medication for a reason! Never come to this pharmacy unless of cause you like the stress of dealing with ridiculous situations like this!

Be warned, don't seek help or advice here for any rashes etc as they want to know all at the counter for every customer to be hearing your personal information, shocking customer service, definitely shouldn't be allowed to work in said position, will never return !!!!!!

Awful service, had a script sent from the hospital , pharmacist said it wasn't there, then changed hisi mind and said they had no stock. I asked for an alternative ,he refused. Told me to back to 111. On a bank holiday! He would provide any medicine even though its allowed.
He was more interested on eating behind the counter,than advising a sick elderly lady that need medication.... should not be in this job .

Awful service constantly having to chase them for my medication there prescription service is terrible I'm often without my medication never answer the phone or just cut it off

Needed a temporary prescription as our local chemist is closed on weekends, and my wife's medication had run out.
After short wait, the pharmacy assistant, listened to what the problem was , talked to the pharmacist and soon afterwards I left with the medication for my wife.Thank you so much for your assistance, much appreciated.

Very very poor pharmacy, staff are arrogant and unhelpful. Waiting times just get worse. 1 star in my opinion

Quite honestly the worst pharmacy I?ve ever been to. I was told to speak with a pharmacist it would be 15 minutes to wait, it was an hour and 10 minutes and I still hadn?t been seen, so I left. Ignore their customers, you will never be seen when needing to speak with a pharmacist - not to mention the rudeness of their staff. I never come here unless I have no other option, I?d honestly stay away if I were you.

Absolutely excellent service staff are friendly and efficient and I got my medication same day unlike well pharmacies that takes about 2 weeks would recommend this pharmacy to anyone top class service.
