Cannot fault the service, the waiting staff were friendly and busy bless them.
Food certainly isn't cheap- over £20 for a jacket, panini, cold drink and a coffee is quite steep- and no discount for clubcard which there shpuld be.
Coffee was nice, jacket with tuna was a decent size and tasty.
Panini was realy disappointing- assume it had been microwaved and not toasted as it was warm and soggy and not at all crispy.
Side portion of coleslaw- around £1.50 for a spoonful!!!
Apart from the service, I wouldn't recommend and probably would try elsewhere.

Just wanted to say how grateful I am to the lady in the cafe who replaced a coffee free of charge, when my husband tipped his. I thought this was very kind and good customer service. Thank you. Great tasting toasted sandwich and wrap too

Went here on 25/6/2024 for breakfast with my fiancée and I went to the counter to ask whether they take cash and I Was told no they don't in a attitude manner by a bloke and I don't understand why a supermarket is supporting pride they had the flags all around the store. The first cashless cafe I've seen and I wo t be returning die to the attitude of the staff absolutely stinking. Should be ashamed of yourselves..

Every time we visit we are greeted by staff who are always attentive and available to help. The new electronic system works well and saves from having to queue like previous visits. Busy at time of visit and expected a bit of a wait, but food came out promptly and as always to a high standard, presented well and warm, so well done to the staff in the kitchen especially when under pressure. Again the positive thing is we were able to wait for the food sat down because of the faster ordering system rather than standing to queue so definitely a bonus. Staff very polite when interacting, even though it was evident they were very busy so very pleased with the customer service, always ensuring we have everything we need. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again. Keep up the good work. :)

Used to love coming here but since they introduced the digital order system, the service is terrible! We waited 40 minutes for all the food to arrive and it arrived in drive and drabs so our party of 4 (inc. 2 young children) ended up eating at different times and we had to chase items up. Not worth the hassle. Felt sorry for the staff.

Sadly Tesco has decided to go self serving card payment only at the cafe, which has pushed away people who don't have credit or debit cards, but still pay by cash. Watched a lot of older customers approach where the counter "was", being told to order at a touch screen and pay with card. They just walked away. Serious mis-step by Tesco. Cafe used to be bouncing at this time, now not even a quarter full.Staff fantastic as ever, but now just drop food to a table, where they used to speak to the customers, know them and interact.Backwards step. Atmosphere bombed.You should be supporting the customers who rely on the cash in their purse and don't have bank accounts.I'll now be moving to my local town cafe before doing my shop.

Called in today for our usual coffee sat 11th Nov was greated with a machine to make an order mmmmm luckily there was a lovely young man called AJ and young lady with coloured hair didn't catch her name to help AJ was so calm and helpful to an elderly couple who were struggling well done
