Cannot fault the service, the waiting staff were friendly and busy bless them. Food certainly isn't cheap- over £20 for a jacket, panini, cold drink and a coffee is quite steep- and no discount for clubcard which there shpuld be. Just wanted to say how grateful I am to the lady in the cafe who replaced a coffee free of charge, when my husband tipped his. I thought this was very kind and good customer service. Thank you. Great tasting toasted sandwich and wrap too
