The shop is good and the staff is very friendly, but the opening times in the morning are not correct. Don't come before 9 am , and better later than 9 with 5-10 minutes at least

Love coming here when i visit swansea, always have a great selection of stuff i cant get anywhere near me, i often travel in summer to buy prickly pears as where else can you buy prickly pears in wales?! Today (15th Dec) they had dragon fruit whichwere fresh and enormous! Great selection of food and drinks from eastern europe and other places.

They over charged me today 25 May and I am not the only one my friend been overcharged last week.

This place could do with a clean and tidy. The fresh produce isn't even fresh at times. They have a good selection of produce but the shop is too cramped. The staff are not the very polite. I remember this being one of the first Turkish supermarkets in the area, but they have been overtaken by competitors. Need to fix up and sort out before noone visits.

There are barely any prices on items. The shop is SO cramped, it feels so awful and awkward. The selection of food is good, but it's quite pricey. The worst are the staff (apart from one man, who seemed nice) they are so nonchalant and non friendly. Instead of helping me with my items, the lady went on her phone at the till. They wont even say hello back. I go there to pick up some items that I cant find anywhere else, but every time I have a bad experience and I'm delighted when I leave the place.
