DONT BOTHER!!!!5 times my son has been in for a quote on flooring after giving the measurements and the owner promising samples the ?next time? he calls in??Only to be told Everytime he calls?oh I?ve forgotten ?he also PROMISED to call at my sons home FORGOT THAT TOO!!Well your forgetfulness has lost you £500 ??Don?t waste your time going to this unreliable ?business owner????He?s absolutely useless!

Wouldn't even give them half a star , have no idea what they doing , constantly lie about when they will turn up and then when they do turn up they not only late they turn up with a totally different flooring than what was ordered!!! So iv got to wait for them to order the right colour floor ( how brown looks like grey I will never know) which should take another week! So 3 weeks for this half a laugh of a company to mess up 2 orders and couldn't even turn up when they booked to didn't bother ringing or nothing! Stay away from this company not worth the time and effort

Stay away from these,absolutely useless,called in took my details+said call next day,NO THEY DIDNT!!!I foned them for 3days+never come out so told them not 2 botha,went elsewhere were I had excellent carpet+service

If I could give it no star I will.. appointment was booked 9.00 o clock i wait all day and they didn?t even bother to tell me..? phoned them to see where they are no apologies nothing..? never ever recommend this place...???

Very poor service. I had an appointment for measure but they didn't come ,when I called to them he said ho sorry do you want to make another appointment. They don't respect their promise.
