Review relates to the makeup advisor at the rear of the store, the young Indian lady who does the makeup.... while it was not me that partook in makeup, it was my friend... she had a great service from a lovely young lady who was confident, easy to talk to and polite ... her work was done with minimum of fuss and my friend left feeling so much better.

Amazing customer service from Superdrug staff at the perfume counter, with special thanks to Izabel. With the festive season approaching shopping can be busy and stressful so their attentive service was highly appreciated. All of the counter staff were friendly, welcoming and provided advice as well personal fave fragrance recommendations which really helped choosing that perfect scent for a gift! Will be returning again for fragrance shopping.

Standard superdrug store - went for a flu vaccine and all was totally fine. Although, possibly the world's smallest consultation room - literally no room to swing a cat ?

Sandra, at beauty studio, is awesome. She is so professional and friendly. Everytime she did my eyebrows, I am super satisfied with her work. I have already recommended her to my friends and family.
If anyone is looking for the days shes working. She is available from Sunday to Friday from 10am to 5pm.

Went to Swansea store this afternoon to buy some makeup from the self service display .was asked in the space of three minutes three times did I need help if I want help while choosing from a self service display I will ask thank you .

It's a great shop, with great products, and reasonable prices. However, there are quite a few times when I visit that, they could do with putting a few more members of staff on the tills. Especially when there is a rather large queue, and you have a bus to catch, and there's only one till in service. If this were to improve, I'd then rate it 5 stars.
