Took 20 minutes to be served at 2pm (that?s 2/3 of my break) only to be told there are no vegan options whatsoever because they had ?run out?. So why are these not being ordered in?
Only 2 staff in duty at peak time.
AVOID if you are a staff member otherwise you won?t even have enough of your break time left to eat your food.
Also, prices highly inflated here compared to other subways which is disgraceful.

This subway always seems to have something wrong with it, be it the equipment, foods not in stock, getting orders wrong and is always so dirty everywhere.

31/05/2024 , 12pm as you can imagine it?s busy but only two girls serving who were doing a fantastic job considering there where 20 people waiting , no sign of a manager , poorly understaffed won?t be going again as it took 20mins for my food and I only get 30mins break

Staff here are always polite but seating area always closed off "due to staff shortages" stock levels always low, things not available. Prices higher than other subways and you can't order in advance so hospital staff have to queue for 20 minutes sometimes just to order lunch. Poor

I couldn?t find it for two weeks (lol) but it?s next to Costa, down the side! Open until 4pm everyday.

This has to be one of the worst Subways around. I complained about two salad boxes I had delivered and was told to come in and they?d do it again. I went in the following day and had much nicer looking salads. A week or two later I sent my husband in to pick up a salad box, while I prepared steaks and Jack potatoes. I couldn?t believe what was in the box definitely not enough salad for two people. I?ve now stopped using this store and use the one in the garage in Llansamlet not only looks better but you get plenty of salad in the box too!

Had a 12" long mega meat on soft Italian ...really nice roll the meatballs ,salami ham and pepperoni all fresh with salad mix and chilli sauce made this an appetizing meal

Quick be friendly surface. Impressed by the hygiene levels shown, at least behind the counter. Sub was above average to good with all salad components fresh and zingy. Plenty of milk offered with tea. Overall a very positive experience and one that is much higher than most subways. Well done.
