I find that a staff member by the name of Kelly can be very nosey and rude at times; I have also noticed that on certain days there is only one member of staff left to serve customers and sort online orders out when it has been quite busy there and I can see how stressed they are as the Que is quite long and waiting times can be an inconvenience (not the staff that are working alone fault).
Hair nets should also be worn with gloves every time when preparing and handling food.

Only one in queue was me, was met by a pointless blank looking girl who was literally a 1000 miles away. Just about to tell her my order, she rudely just said she's busy on other orders, started making 3 other meals, as slow as a slug..walked out and went down the road to burger king..avoid sh hole

1 star for customer service which means I will never go back there out of principle...Ordered two pizza slices and halfway through the order I said "Can you change these two ten pound notes (immaculate and real) for a £20 note" as I wanted to give one to my Nephew who on the ride over said he had never had one.Only to be told "no", so I walked out & wont be back.45+ years on this planet this was the first place that ever said no.I was paying with cash and they had to open the till anyway, so they had no real reason for doing so other than being selfish & unhelpful.I used to spend about £500 a year there, so your loss.

Just bought a subway, the way the girl put the salad in my roll was lik shocking a right mess and didn?t even cut the roll in half !!! Deffo havent been trained the correct way sloppy .
