Order no. 340506182 (Just Eat)
Ordered earlier today and received an Italian BMT and Plant Picante.
I received my order and realised only after I?d started eating it that the bread of the BMT was very mouldy. I attempted to contact the shop but got no response. Just Eat would only refund the one item of the order but my girlfriend and I didn?t really want to eat the rest of our order knowing there is a food safety issue. Guidelines for food safety and hygiene clearly aren?t being adhered to.

Red headed staff member whispering to me that I couldn?t change the bread because because it wasn?t part of the pre-made meal, and when I asked if I could just have the same thing on the bread that I want she acted as if I had committed a crime even thought I offered to pay extra, the other woman was really nice and helpful only reason they didn?t get a 1 ??for service

Ordered online, asked for my sandwich to be toasted with extra cheese, there was no cheese and wasn't even the slightest bit warm also ordered the chocolate chunk cookies but got given the rainbow ones without consultation. Subway the next time you change my order try calling first

They don't get the delivery drivers to read the notes so it doesn't go to the right street. Then they don't answer their phone! 11 times I've tried , no answer. Come on! I'd be livid if I owned or managed this establishment

Told them no cheese countless times but they put cheese on everything I ordered anyway. I can't eat dairy and I bit into it so now I feel sick and have to take time off work. They refused to replace the food or refund me. I will never come here again. I could have ended up in the hospital.Order number:

I ordered food (salad box) today and and there was a 7-8 cms long plastic piece in the food. It was one salad box and such a big piece of plastic. How did it get missed from you?
