Popped in on the off chance just to change nose supports on my glasses ask if it won?t take long and the girl said no told me to take a seat in the waiting area sat there for nearly 40 minutes and wasn?t seen some of the staff where just standing chatting doing nothing always gone to Spencer?s for my eye test and glass so do my wife and daughter will avoid this specsavers and take my business else where the job would have taken someone 5 minutes to do shocking service think the manager to have an efficiency meeting with his staff

I popped in to ask for my glasses to be checked/adjusted which I've had for a few months as they didn't seem right. A few checks here and there, was told glasses were fine but maybe I needed reading glasses if I was finding it blurry to read or a new sight test done in case the prescription has changed. Went online to book a sight test as advised then had a call a few days prior. The person kept telling me I didn't need a sight test again and cancelled my appointment. Yes, i just turned 40 and maybe I needed reading glasses but I also kept saying it was blurry for me to read and I found my older pair more comfortable. The person also told me maybe I should wear those glasses for reading if I find it easier or pop in for new reading glasses. All I wanted was another sight test. I couldn't understand why you would refuse this if I'm paying for it? I've since gone to another opticians, paid for a sight test and a new pair of glasses as the prescription was different. I will not be going back to this store again.

Worried about my eyes after successful cataract operations over 18 months ago I called Morriston Specsavers and was seen immediately and examined. Reassured by the optician and treatment and advice left extremely happy and confident that I could return at anytime if I needed. Explanation and what I needed to do fully explained. Superb service.

The optician was brilliant bit one of the staff members was very abusive on the phone I was in a lot of pain & needed an urgent appointment but was spoken to like I didn't matter no compassion or respect given telephone manner needs to be put right.
