Absolutely usless couldn't be bothered to help with my case at all! Then dropped it 6 days before court leaving me with no defence! I then discovered it was done on purpose as they work closely with company they were supose to defend me against! They do however have a brilliant woman there natalie who was a great help but wouldn't allow her to defend me! Carnt really call yourselves a shelter when your behaviour left a woman and 2 children homless and didn't help at all

The most well known Housing charity in Wales. They do fantastic work with the homeless and give advice to those who need it, but also lots of work on the policy side of things, helping develop housing policy in Wales.
