I often used this garage as it is the nearest to my home, I was never concerned about the prices as it would probably cost the difference in price to drive to a different one.
I called in the other day before starting my shift as an Uber driver as one of my headlights was out. I purchased the bulb and set about changing it there and then. The job took me just under an hour as I had not done it before and found access difficult.
This morning I received a £100 parking charge notice as a thank you for my custom.
Thank you Shell
Im sure the £80 Plus I spent there each week wont be missed by such a large company.

I dropped an Amazon parcel at this Shell station, to be returned to Amazon.
The person at the counter didn't scan it properly and the item was not shipped back to Amazon.
I went few days later and complained. While the person at the counter accepted the facts, namely that they lost my parcel (was it binned? stolen?), she refused to accept any responsibility!
My conclusion: be careful! if you drop a parcel at this shop it can get lost and you will lose your money.

Location makes this station easily accessible. Staff are very professional and friendly, delivering an amazing service. Price is very affordable also.

I really like this store. Yes it?s more expensive to fill up here but the customer service is better.Staff are always happy to help and answer questions. Fuel is easy to fill up even more so now with the pay on the app option. Food is always in date. For a small petrol station there?s quite a big variety of options here.David and all the staff are friendly and polite and happy to answer questions. They remember customers and always take the time to check into how the customers are.

Arrived there at 9.59pm after doing a care call for my ill father. Allowed me to get out of the car get ready to fill up then put the shutters down and announced on the tannoy sorry you can't fill up we are closed. Then went on to serve someone else in the shopVery poor but shouldn't be surprised by shell
