I haven't been in the bakery, unfortunately dictated hours means i wouldn't catch them at all. I recently had a plain croissant that was pre bought and I was looking forward to having one at last. It had a very good rise but it was over cooked it was a quite brown in colour not golden, which may not of helped the taste... read full comment

We had an almond croissant and a pain au Chocolat, the pastry was buttery crisp and flakey definitely the best I've ever had, all was in store made and you could taste the love in every bite, also had a cappuccino and the coffee was smooth highly recommend this little bakery.

I had heard so much about Saint Hugo. What an impressive little bakery! Great flat white, pain au raisin and pain au chocolat. Lovely to see that it was busy. I will most definitely return.
