Awful service. They never answer the phone in the morning for appointments, and when you finally get an appointment in a month, they cancel without explaining why, leaving you to wait again.

crap they dont care and they ask to snoop on patients and nothings too much for them they wont help cant help and have the worst performing doctors in Swansea area, avoid and go to circle healthcare or AVIVA they dont let you down like this surgery will.

Dont signup here the receptionist lies saying no appointments when there clearly is if they were full they would just say they are full upon answering instead of asking for your details and asking what's wrong first asoon as you tell them what's wrong if she doesn't think its an emergency she will fob you off absolutely useless and she needs sacking

Every time I call, there's already a long wait in the queue only to be told to call again tomorrow because they were full capacity. My longest denied appointment was a whole week before I had to tell them I needed a doctor when my health was getting worse. No one should need to go through this just to be seen by a doctor. I find it more convenient to ask a pharmacist since they can give me over the counter medicine.

Honestly a task in itself to even get through to anyone, then to be refused an appointment for my 3 year old daughter 2 days in a row because by the time I sat in the queue to speak to a receptionist, got through at 8:29 and all appointments have gone. Told to ring back Wednesday, Thursday or Friday as ? more appointments? then. Never ever come across a doctors surgery like it.

I recently visited SA1 Medical Centre for a snip of a procedure (yes, the vasectomy), and I couldn?t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and utterly professional.
The process was so smooth and prompt that I barely had time to worry?or make any cutting remarks. The doctor had a great sense of humour, which really helped lighten the mood. Before I knew it, the job was done with minimal fuss and maximum care.
Who knew something so life-changing could be this straightforward? Hats off to the SA1 team for making a nerve-wracking experience almost enjoyable!
Highly recommend them for anyone considering it?quick, professional, and surprisingly comfortable. Five stars (and two thumbs up)! ????

Not a review but just to let people know that, even though it says the surgery is open from 8 am on the website, the doors don't open until 8.30 am. It's useful to know in case you were hoping to pop in and collect something on your way to work (as I was today).

Terrible experience so far. They have messed up the transfer to this clinic, they messed up first appointment, and they cancelled time sensitive medication and won't administer it for weeks. Having to beg another clinic for emergency help.

Nearly two and a half hours wasted just to be hung up on!!!!
Can't give 0 stars. Tried ringing from 8am every five minutes and couldn't get on the hold queue until 9.20am. Then spent 65 minutes on hold and asked to see a doctor. I was told they were fully booked and asked if I could wait until tomorrow, and I said yes. Instead of helping me at all or booking me in the next day, I got hung up on.
The only way to get an appointment at this place is to go in and cause a scene after the poor treatment on the phone!

I have been with this surgery since birth and since moving to the new premises their service has become disastrous been left on line for 2 hours to be told no appointment left will be changing surgery soon.
