Outstanding. Staff member went above and beyond to obtain a pair of shoes for me from another store within a week of me first entering the store. All staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. Left fully informed of their exchange policy even though for sentimental reasons these boots will not be returned. I've had such a positive experience with this store. Good communication and high quality item. Would highly recommend.

Sadly, unless you fit customer requirements, the staff in Picton Arcade do not want to take your money. I was looking for a pair of shoes for a family wedding. I was told that similar could be bought much cheaper in another store. I can only assume that profits are so good, my money was not needed. Or maybe I did not dress appropriately to purchase shoes in your store. Whatever the reason, and as nice as your shoes are. I will not shop with you and give you my hard earned cash to be insulted.

This shop has an amazing range of shoes and their Uggs selection is great, so many different styles and sizes. I sent my boyfriend here to buy my Christmas present.
