From the initial consultation and planning with Jon through to the full installation by Chris, Alex and the team, the service provided has been outstanding. They handled all communication with National Grid as the DNO.
The installation of PV panels coupled to a Sigenergy controller, battery, evdc charger and gateway was completed to an excellent standard with very careful attention to detail.
Prometheus arranged for scaffolding to be erected. This was carried out efficiently and effectively and removed promptly on completion, adding to the positive experience of the solar installation.
Overall, a first class service at a very competitive price.

I recently had the pleasure of using Prometheus Electrical & Solar, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial enquiry through to the completed installation, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly.
A big thank you to Chris, who took the time to explain all of the available options without any pressure. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was finished. Their attention to detail and workmanship was first-class.

Simply brilliant, from start to finish. We spent weeks comparing suppliers and prices etc. I was scrolling on FB one night and these guys popped up. We gave them a call and the rest is history. Reasonably priced, exceptional service and very professional. From quote to installation, I think it took about four week, tops!

The team have been absolutely amazing. Initial consultation which was very professional and had amazing knowledge of the solar set up and how it work, this was explained to us really well.
Installation of scaffolding was great. Solar installation was brilliant, this took an extra day due to the extreme heat of over 30degrees but still come to work in the morning and left at lunch time when the roof had got to hot (Their work in the heat was incredible, I did not expect them to work in that heat at all)
The communication from start to finish has been brilliant. We had 5 quotes Prometheus was the cheapest and the quality is great.
I have no negatives to say at all.

Contacted Chris. Gave him our usage and he designed a system that would fit our needs. Had 3 options all excellent systems, from the Fox system, cheapest to the Tesla Powerwall the most expensive. We went for the EcoFlow system that sits in the middle and it?s probably the most compact of them all.
Price was unbeatable.
Installation happened much quicker than I thought. Chris and his team arrived promptly and set to work. I was expecting it to take 2 days but it was done by the end of the day and the workmanship is very neat. Explained how it all worked and I?m already loving the fact the system has ran the house and car off the solar and batteries. My usage off the grid is near zero in the few days we have used it.
An excellent investment and a reliable trustworthy local company.

Professional, knowledgable and neat.
What a great company, from our first meeting with Jon who talked us through our solar options and ensured we fully utilised our property for a maximum return, to Chris and his teams installing.
All were highly professional, hard working and clean. The work is so neat with cables hidden wherever possible.
There are so many companies offering their solar panel expertise, but I challenge any of them to match the level of care and pride that Chris and his team have in their work.
I can?t recommend Prometheus enough. They will look after you from start to finish. You are in safe hands.

Great service from Chris and his team.
They installed solar panels and battery on a day with heavy rain and did not stop until it got dark with the final connections done first thing the following morning. Chris explained how everything worked and said any problems or questions just contact him anytime.
We had an issue with the system connecting to the app the following week and after a quick phone call Chris came out that same evening to sort out for us.
Highly recommended and a good price.

Came across installation of theirs at my house that I'd bought. Abysmal quality. Noblanks left out of facia,no grommets on cable entry and even worse no earthing to board.
Spoke to director(Chris) who clarified he did no installation work at property only supplied inspection report for seller I was buying from. I apologized to Chris for my incorrect comments as I'd assumed they had installed fuseboard as it had their sticker on. Chris was very helpful and responsive in replying to my comments and we spoke at length and resolved issue..
To highlight,the above comments were incorrect on my behalf.
