Good old Premier Inn! Great value comfortable accomodation. Hearty breakfast and non-pretentious food.
Great location too.
But the hotel & rooms could do with a little tidying up here and there. Otherwise, a good recommendation.

Lovely location marina stunning walk around a few places to eat and drink. Tesco express right by hotel. Staff lovely and welcoming. Parking dreadful private owned car parks be careful they will ticket you .. rooms comfortable and basic. Breakfast lovely. Quiet scenic area

Room was what you expected from Premier Inn, clean and tidy.
No usb socket in our room, but was lent an adapter from reception as we had forgotten ours, which was a life saver.
While it has a waterfront location there is nothing around the hotel, and it is a 20-30 mini walk to Swansea town centre.
Nearby activities: There are no restaurants or pubs near the hotel.

Typical Premier Inn, with plenty of car parking space next to it. Unfortunately my transit van wouldn't fit under the height restriction bar. I spent 35 minutes driving round trying to find somewhere within half a mile to park the van. I even asked a policeman if he knew of anywhere but he couldn't help There seems to be lots of parking space but not for tradesmen.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Rooms are clean, nice shower and amazing beds. Only one thing, no car park for vans.

Nice and quiet location. But couldn?t sleep at all and another night to go ?. Writing this review at 6am from my room lol. We?ve booked two family rooms and a double room for two nights £588. I don?t have OCD but the smell in the room and the toilet are bad ?. Reception staff at arrivals were very friendly ?. I hope the management look into cleaning the rooms. There is a Tesco in the same building and just waiting for them to open so I can get some cleaning supplies to clean the room by myself as I don?t like to upset the staff.
Rooms: Avoid room 204 (window doesn?t open)
Avoid room 220 (bad smell)

Shower ace. Like stinging needles. Real power shower. Beds comfy. Clean bedding and towels. It is what it is. Very useful for central Swansea. Tesco express practically in the building. Parking loads. Friendly staff.

Rooms are fine (decent size), staff were friendly. It's a premier inn, so you know what you're getting.

Stayed here for work a couple if times.
Great place to stay near centre with pubs & restaurants with a lovely walk in.
Pity the view from my room was scaffold & the rubbish that the workers left behind.
