Terrible service from staff. Given them a few chances but had them close early, charge wrong amount and drop my packages in frustration for no reason. Will never use them again.

Apparently they close at 17:00, not 17:30 as stated on their website.

If I can give a zero star, I would. I recently called in for the first time in this branch to collect recycling bags due to library closures where I used to collect recycling bags from. The lady ( in her 60's) manning the post office was very rude and got really irate when I politely asked for some bags. Her first response was " You could buy them from the shops ( which I wasn't aware of) and that she has enough things to do and there I was, bothering her only to ask for recycling bags!" It was really embarassing to be spoken to like that with other people around. I understand about the increase in demand for their services and things could get frustrating at times but I don't think how she acted was acceptable. I wonder if she treated me better if I was a paying customer? Really horrible experience and I hope she doesn't do the same to other customers.
