I visited the Pizza Hut for my order, and the staff, specifically the Indians, were very unprofessional and rude. The staff needs proper training on customer interaction before being employed.

Forgot my dip which I honestly anticipated because thats just the standard of food delivery these days. Order was 30 minutes later than what was claimed on the app but thankfully my two pizzas still arrived warm. Only thing mega about the mega pepperoni is the amount of grease. Similar story for the meat feast. The slices they've "cut" the pizzas into aren't cut well enough at all so I'm having to essentially rip the pizzas apart. Otherwise it was fine, the app has some good deals. Two large pizzas, one with stuffed crust, delivered for £23 isnt bad for this industry.

fried and wedges always undercooked, soggy and still hard.
asked for little cheese on my pizza and they took that as, add extra??
gave me food poisoning a couple times then refused to admit they were at fault

Utter disgrace of a ?restaurant?. Food was over two hours late, items were missing, ordered dessert which arrived warmed than the food (melted ice cream, cold cookie dough). Never ever ever again. Absolutely a waste of money!! Especially as they are now outsourcing their deliveries to Uber too.

I would recommend ordering from somwhee else. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for cold greasy food to be delivered with the ice cream melted and spilt over the pizza boxes.

Huge improvement since few last years - (of course if you know what you can count from Pizza Hut) much better quality of food, fast/ on time deliveries with still hot product, kind delivery drivers - that's all of what I expect from this place.
Now they've got this Special Offer '£10 for Any Pizza' and it's really great value!
