I've loved my experience with pets at home most of my family members have recently bought adorable pets here all vet checked and with affordable accessories toys bedding food affordable prices and also friendly staff I would highly recommend ??

It?s fine for an emergency when you run out of something and cannot wait for a delivery from somewhere online but their pricing is extortionate and vastly overpriced, I can guarantee they offer no item there in their entire stock which isn?t cheaper elsewhere, not competitive in the slightest but if you cannot wait then it?s handy if expensive

We have had a few hamsters from here , 1 including that passed away 2 days after having him when we phoned about it they just put the phone down , animals are not taken care of and they shouldn?t be allowed to have animals

Checked stock before traveling to the store and it advised "low stock" unfortunately on arrival there was none in stock.Staff were helpful and advised buying online and collecting in store, but knowing the webshop is clearly having issues I declined.Traveled to the Llanelli store instead and although it too showed "low stock" there was 1 left on the shelf.Perhaps the system counts the display items as well as the stock items ?Strongly advise you call and check if the website shows "low stock" as they may not have anything at all.

Great place for all sorts of cat, dog, fish, rabbits, rats food and welfare for animals in general. Especially with the vets here and grooming they cover most of the things for pets
