getting my dog spayed, and theyve changed the price 2 times now, we were told one price one minute, and the price has increased when we called down a few hours later to pickup our dog....ripoff prices, (for example dog poop bags cost £1 everywhere else, here theh cost £6.50) .....terrible staff at the pet reception desk at the back of store......

Thanks for all your support and care with my cat . Today was a difficult day and I have to say the staff work very hard here and are extremely understanding and comforting when it comes to a difficult time with your much loved pet . Pets at home from my experience have always been excellent .Thank you ??

Visited last week with my friend and her two dogs. My friend went to see the vets with one dog, and I was left holding the other (very distressed) dog. I was on the brink of a panic attack trying to soothe the howling, barking and anxiety ridden dog. Then an absolute angel appeared, I think their name was Jen (glasses and piercings). They sat on the floor with me, and helped calm both of us down! Their kindness has really stayed with me, and I?m just so grateful.

I get most of my pet feed from here only reason for four stars it's a bit pricey but other wise it's got everything you need

The staff were lovely. Our dog loved it, she must have thought she was in heaven! We managed to stock up on food for the week me and my Mrs were staying over, and our dog enjoyed everything we got!

A big pets at home they have vets as well. Service is always on point. Staff is very helpful advisable and very polite, they may be busy stocking but ask them and they go the extra mile to help out. Parking is free outside.

I love pets at home, as you can walk your dog around in there whilst shopping for them. Find alot of items expensive, but my dog really enjoys it in there
