We have just moved from Hampshire to Swansea and I cannot thank the Peter Alan team enough!! They?ve made the move so much easier considering we couldn?t come and view the place! They are the most friendliest people I?ve ever come across and I couldn?t recommend them enough! If your looking to move I wouldn?t hesitate to contact them!

Worst letting experience ever!Not recommendedBeen renting with this agency in swansea for the last 9 months. Terrible experience, no maintenance issued getting fixed. Staff and landlord not helpful even in emergencies as water leaks. Very slow to react and don?t care. Photos attached

We recently began tenancy through Peter Alan and have been extremely impressed with the swiftness and ease of our move. We have been dealing with Anthony, who has been extremely helpful and friendly and always just a phone call or email away. I couldn?t recommend seeking tenancy or home ownership enough through this company. The staff in the offices are exceptional.

Moving in to a 3-bed house today that I absolutely adore which would not have been possible if Anthony never recommended it. My sister and I wanted something very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4, the first house I viewed did not instantly kick in. Anthony was very kind and patient to listen to our needs, and was able to advise us on not settling for something that we would later regret suggesting that it might be better if we looked at other houses. So he recommended a different house and the rest they say is history. The process was seamless. From viewing the house with Louie who was so sweet to signing all required documents with Anthony. He was always available for any questions we had even when he was out of office at some point, and kept us frequently updated on the next steps. I?m excited to begin this journey with Peter Alan.

Just exchanged after putting our house up for sale with Peter Alan. Tor really knows the market and ensured we got a quick sale so we didnt miss out on another property. Unfortunately, a negative review has been left for Peter Alan after we chose not to sell to one couple, this was completely our choice after being given the feedback of all those who offered and Tor did a fantastic job keeping us informed with the updates. The photographer that was used made our home look its best and we were able to pop in to branch where Teegan was on hand to help with sending paperwork back and forth solicitors. Thank you for all of your help to the whole Morriston branch team

Absolutely shocking service with these lot, if you are looking to rent off Peter Alan, please don't save yourself the hassle.I was living in the flat for 4 years they took another months rent after leaving. They didn't respond to my emails which left me with no money during Christmas. They are completely against their tenants, they ignored all of my maintenance requests during living at my flat in parc gwernfadog.The Landlord is trying to claim the entire deposit which is absolute joke, claiming that they needed it to paint two rooms and cleaning.Peter Alan have just been against me since Day 1 of handing in my leaving notice.When I paid for my last months rent which was good for another TWO WEEKS after leaving, they were bringing people inside my flat for viewings whilst I was cleaning and packing up, which is very impatient in my opinion and rude.The people in the Cardiff branch have been extremely lazy at dealing with any issues, they basically give you the run around passing you on to other people until you end up with the same person you were talking to, they are basically a bunch of kids trying to irritate you in the process.Do yourself a favour, don't rent from any of their properties, bunch of scumbags that suck up to the landlords and don't look after their tenants at all.

I'm usually only giving reviews for outstanding services. However this time I have to give the worst score possible as it is embarassing what happened to my partner and myself.We had a viewing of a house in which my partner could not attend due to work issues. The house was the perfect fit for us, so we sent an offer for it. The offer got accepted straight away in a couple of days, so we submitted all the paperwork needed to assure we could buy the house. The paperwork was ok, so then we called them to see the property again, as my partner could not see it yet. You know, you would not buy something you could never see! She wanted to see it because the kitchen was a bit small and we were planning on expanding it, so we wanted to revisit the house just to imagine how to do that. Then, when asking for it, a lady called Kimberly (sorry if there is a typo with the name, I'm spanish and have difficulties on understanding the names by phone) - just was telling us she should get back to the house owner as we might not be interested in the house. She also told us that we had made her spend so much time on us and that there are many offers which are holding. That this was not nice and she was quite upset about that.I called her afterwards to let her understand that we were 100% interested in it. We just wanted to do a viewing again so my partner could see it! But she kept avoiding that, never listening to what I was saying. I tried to tell her that our first language is not English (we are from Spain), and that maybe I did not express myself well enough.The next day she calls us just to explain us that the offer has been given to another customer, as "my partner declarations could not be accepted, and that they were very concerned that we might not go for an offer". At that point I tried to just explain the situation again, but she just told me: "It's not my decision, it's the owners who decided that". But my question remains: Why do the owners know? You just told them you had concerns about us, so they just believed you! That's why.Anyway, this is how they treat (foreign?) customers that are willing to offer a fair price for a lamentable service.I will just conclude this essay with the same words I received from the fabulous lady: "Allright love, take care alright? See youuu :*"

What a service?! I don?t know if I would have got through the minefield of buying my first home without the staff at Peter Alan Morriston. Sophie and Tiegan have been wonderful with house viewings, getting answers to my questions (there were a lot. Sorry) and they never made me feel like a question was a silly question and negotiating my offers.Mortgage advice and support for Paul as been something else. He has taken the time to explain everything to me. He has gone through all the different products and really find what is best for me. He?s not once made me feel like appointments are rush. I feel fully informed regarding the processes, service and products. A very personal and professional service.I have felt very supported by all staff from the first phone call to today. We still have a little way to go before things are finished and I have the keys but if the service to date is anything to go by I am in very safe hands.A massive thank you to all at Peter Alan Morriston.

IM NOT ONE FOR WRITING REVIEWS BUT REALLY CANT HOLD BACK , IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS BELIEVE ME I WOULD , ME AND MY CHILDREN DESPERATLY NEED A PROPERTY SO MONDAY I WENT TO THE SHOP IN MORRISTON SWANSEA AS I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK AFTER 2 ENQUIES ON THE SITE , I SPOKE TO GUY IN CHARGE OF THE HOUSE (ROSS MALONEY),HE GAVE ME HIS CARD AND TOLD ME TO EMAIL HIM STAIGHT AWAY AND HE WOULD ARRANGE FOR ME TO HAVE THE FIRST VIEWING ,I DONE THAT WITIN THE HOUR ,SO FRIDAY I RANG AFTER HIM NOT REPLYING TO 2 OF MY EMAILS ,ONLY TO BE TOLD BY ONE OF HIS COLLEGUES THAT THE HOUSE HAD GONE ,IMAY BE JUST A NUMBER TO YOU ROSS BUT ITS PEOPLES LIVES YOUR SCREWING WITH

This is my first poor review1star is too good for them.No communication especially from Ross malony and Head office. Tenants reported issues 11 months ago and we were not told and it was not acted on. Please save your money and time and go to another estate agent

Outstanding service from Ross, he really did go above and beyond for us! He even put up with my constant nagging for updates. Such a professional, pleasant, hard working man. Would 100% recommend renting through him. Id give more stars if they had them.

Would highly recommend Peter Alan. I dealt with Gwynfor Parr and he was highly professional, very helpful and efficient. Communication was great throughout. I?ve viewed a few properties with Gwyn and would continue to request him for following viewings. Thanks Gwyn and it was a pleasure to meet you!
