What a joke, i watched the delivery driver beep his horn at the end of my drive whilst he turned around then drove off, didn't open the window or door of their vehicle as they would have heard me shouting at them, obviously didn't leave a note as they didn't get out of the van. I now have to drive 40 mins to the depot to get my parcel. Very poor service

Complained as my item said out for delivery yet returned to depot without even attempting delivery. Lied to and still have no item as weekend now. Worst courier ever

There Guys at Parcel Force Swansea are clearly pushed to the limit around Christmas time.They were only a couple of days late with my delivery. I was annoyed at the time but they did make the effort to get my package to me before Christmas.They've never let me down with loads of deliveries and me living out in the middle of nowhere.They're always friendly and helpful and they always come down my long track to the house, unlike some others who dump large packages in the grass by my mailbox even when the weather is soaking wet.

Once again Parcelforce have proven that just simply do not like customers. If they did they would actually be helpful and deliver parcels on time. Swansea Parcelforce have not got a clue and time and time again proven they are the worst delivery company, perhaps they should start using pigeons, parcels would get to customers alot quicker.

Not helpful at all when you have an issue. When I asked for help from a member of staff on the phone, she just told me to read the online q&a, I tried to explain that my question isn?t covered on there and her response was to tell me that I clearly wasn?t looking hard enough. When it would have been quicker to explain. I would personally rather be a bricklayer in Baghdad than deal with them again

If only I could post a picture of there yoyo service my parcel has been in and out the depot every day fof the last week spoke to customer service checked information on the parcel was correct, still a bouncy delivery. No wonder they lost the amazon contract the fines for late arrives must have been crippling, I've been watching the tracker all day you get within a mile from my house ruffly 16:10 and theparcel tracker turned off , Same again tomorrow?

Last week the driver refused to deliver my parcel to the front door has I had 18 steps to my front door . I?m registered disabled and had to ask a a passer bay would they help. Yesterday I was done for another delivery, it did not turn up after waiting all day. I assume that the driver refused to deliver and took my parcel back to the depot. I will not buy any more goods that is delivered by parcel force . Another unionised business which will go out of business. DPD give you free ll tracking details your 1 hour slot a message when they are 30 minutes away 10 and then a few minutes away. Wake up Parcelforce it?s 2023 .

My parcel has now been out for delivery every day for a week. Keeps returning to depot, no attempt at delivery, despite a delivery window being provided each day, and no opportunity to change delivery location or to request it being left in a safe space, even though someone had been in to receive the parcel each day. Unbelievable. Couldn't rate lower if I tried. When will my parcel be delivered? This is damaging my business.

What a shambles, this company is hopeless. They said that they had tried to deliver my parcel and that no one was in. This is blatantly untrue. My husband was working outside our house most of the day and no one came. I even left the porch light on until 10pm in case they came in the evening. No parcel and no card. The next day I had a text message from them stating that the driver had failed to deliver the parcel because there was no one in. and he had left a card.Well he certainly did not deliver it here. I had also left instructions for the parcel to be left in my secure space just in case.I tried to contact them by phone because I could not use the tracking service for redilvery because they insist on a card number, for a card I don't have. I tried the phone during working hours and it still goes to an automated service. I have used the automated service now and arranged for a redelivery. I have no hope whatsoever that I will get the parcel, because I will not be in on the specified day for redelivery and also the address they said they tried to deliver it to in the first place is nowhere near were I live.I can see that I will be contacting the company I purchased the item from and asking them to send another with a different courier.

Absolutely atrocious I wouldn't even give a 1 star they delivered, well I say delivered they didn't!!! Left 2 cards saying they attempted delivery left the card at the bottom of my 26 steps so thet never even come up to my house to deliver what lazy people

Apparently attempted delivery but we were in all day so that's a lie! Had to drive 35 minutes to depot to pick up a parcel they said they attempted to deliver. Total lies. Unacceptable service.

Worst courier service out there, premium price, poor service, lie about trying to post when u have been in, no phone number for local depots, can't speak to a human ,I presume cause it would be all complaints

Three times I've ordered something and they chose parcelforce, first two times didn't even see the items or heard that they're delivered somewhere else.Just recently had a package worth over £200 be put 'at a local post office' not the one outside my house but one over 2 miles away that's opens and closes while I'm in work.Only gave it a star because I had too.THEY HAVE NO COMMON SENSE.
