No one can understand English when you phone them and doing the security questions are so difficult when no one understands English.Explain a problem and they don't know what you mean and it's really bad customer service

To be fair, I have had nothing but trouble with o2 recently and went in to the shop fully intending to quit o2 for a competitor. I had already spoken to a member of staff at the mcarthur Glen store who wasn't helpful, and have done a webchat which also didn't sort the problem. Habib was amazing and spoke to o2 customer service for me, and performed a sim reset. He checked all was well before we left the store. Thanks Habib!

I was at the O2 Swansea Indoor Market today, the equipment, design and quantity as well as the selection are a big plus. The biggest downside is the service staff. When I entered the O2 store, no one was interested in me, I was looking at the phones that interested me and still no one from customer service approached me. I had the impression that the employees were already feeling Christmas because they were joking about some topic very loudly and laughing loudly and eloquently. I felt bad and after five minutes of disinformation and interest from customer service, I left heading to the competition where I was served in the right way and with due respect.

Very disappointed with the customer service here this morning. The lady who was serving me was condescending and rude, and it felt like me trying to buy a handset was a massive inconvenience to her. Needless to say, I left and took my business elsewhere.
