Engine management light came on Popped into garage to ask advise . Staff more than polite and helpful even though they were run off their feet. 10 minutes diagnostic test completed ,fixed and on my way.Many thanks all at Northway garage.

What lovely staff! As I was driving yesterday (bank holiday Monday) a warning light came on regarding oil. As a lady of a "certain age" I tend to panic at such things. I pulled into the garage and was told that somebody would come out to help me. That "somebody" was a lovely man called Lewis who not only filled the car up with a litre of oil, he also checked the tyre pressures, topped the car up with water and even reset the computer menu. His kindness was simply overwhelming. Thank you so much Lewis.

I had issues with my car driving from Leicester to Swansea to visit family. Within 90 minutes of arriving my car was being looked at by the garage. The service was amazing and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.Thank you.

This garage and the staff are life savers! The owner was able to help us after we damaged our car. The parts were available and he made time for us despite being busy and it being half term. The service was excellent and everyone was very polite and helpful. The local gin and rum selections for were a nice surprise too.
