When we arrived the staff were extremely rude and shoved us at our table after giving them £25 per meal then having to pay another £11.70 for three soft drinks that were watered down . Then when we got to the food there was no options there all food was hard and cold and all the meat was raw. Salad looked moldy. Then when we got to desserts they were already packing away when they didn't shut for two hours the desserts were all hard and so was all the bread. Staff we really rude about asking for things to be freshly cooked and were EXTREMELY RUDE when paying them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING. If you come here it's your choice and a bad one. COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO RISK YOUR LIFE

Absolute terrible here. Here now and the food is absolutely FREEZING. Have complained and they said they cannot do anything about it because it?s a ?buffet? LOL. Biggest load of crap I?ve ever heard. Everyone around us is complaining about the food temperature too. £80 we paid for 2 adults 1 child and a baby absolute SHOCKING , AVOID !!!!!!!!

We visited Swansea on a holiday when we came across Nines and had the best evening. It is a great venue with lovely staff and the set up is done so well. We had an amazing time. Good value for money and best one I have been to. Highly recommend.

Bland cold and tasteless even found a hair.
Pricey, and not an experience to be had again.

Amazing choice of food and very tasty , it was my birthday and if there are 6 or more in your group the person who's birthday it is doesn't pay for food

Extremely over price for children to eat they need to sort that out .
Staff very miserable not very welcoming.
Best thing about buffet was plenty to pick from
Parking: Good luck finding a spot
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of verity for kids food and dessert
Wheelchair accessibility: Lift on site

The food was nice, but for the price it should have been a lot better, I was not tempted by the live cooking station at all, the staff were quick to clear the tables and they seemed friendly, I wouldn't come here regularly due to the cost, its a shame there wasn't more selection, this would have made the cost a bit more acceptable
Parking: Seriously overpriced for what you eat, would be better to go to a traditional restaurant and choose of a menu
Wheelchair accessibility: Stairs down to eating area, if there is a lift I couldn't see it anywhere

Absolutely appalling selection of food for lunch time visit. Deserts almost non existent. Few dried up pieces of cake. Had to ask for cream 3 times. £15.99 and awful. Don?t waste your money

Awful. Food was dry and tasteless. Staff were not friendly. Absolute waste of money

Had lunch buffet. Food was average quality and not hot enough, barely warm with some items.
Staff were pretty miserable and we can't recommend this restaurant based on this visit. We certainly will not return.

Today?s evening, food was ok, desserts tasty. Atmosphere could be better. Very nice girl (bar staff) and very professional floor staff. I had a nice time here. One minus no chocolate fountain.

Not amazing, limited options for vegetarians and half of the stations were closed, or empty. Food wasn?t that fresh in all honesty. Found pork in the veg noodles sadly. Not worth the £21.99 and £3.60 for a drink.
The bar staff member was very rude. We waited at the bar without her acknowledging us, and when I asked for a bottomless drink, she acted like it was the greatest inconvenience to her. Along with my friend?s experience - she held her hand up to him signalling him to wait, unprofessional to say the least.

Some of the staff look fed up, but the food was hot and refreshed regularly, a little more attention to the mess inconsiderate people and kids make would be good s the ice cream machine was
Dietary restrictions: An old booklet to look through, would be better to just post the symbols on the label
Parking: Swansea council obviously hates visitors and expect everyone to take public transport, and seeing as we traveled over 30miles and I'm disabled I had to hobble on crutches over half a mile to get to the place which took the enjoyment away, then hobble back in the peeing rain.. defo not a nice birthday gathering. But the food was tasty and loads of it
Kid-friendliness: Kids running around as per the irresponsible parents, shouting at the kids and the kids just running amok, tbh the staff should tell the kids to sit down and go accompanied with a parent to the food as they make such a mess and food is wasted
Wheelchair accessibility: Lift to ground floor so very handy

Food was nice, staff were really rude, speaking to us as though we were stupid. Do not waste your time here, plenty of other places to go to
