Food was very cold and the Chicken was VERY overcooked. Customer service has declined since this new restaurant has opened. Worse than Harvester.

Visited this Nando?s with 2 friends, on one of the meals the garlic bread was solid and inedible, this was resolved with a replacement. One bottomless drink was ordered and the meal came out before the glass was even bought out. The chips came out soggy and there was no peri salt. There were no forks available and one of the meals couldn?t be eaten for 10 minutes while forks were being polished. The staff were completely inattentive and took multiple prompts to get any service. I would not return to this location nor recommend anyone to waste their money on poor service

I couldn't understand why we were kept waiting and put on a list when there were empty tables. There definitely wasn't a flurry of people arriving to take up those seats. Long wait for seating, Long wait for food, received incorrect order and burnt corn on the cob. I would like to speak to the manager. Thanks

Easy to park, great to see the likes of River Island (how I love the smell of that shop) and New Look, although I did find the sale racks in New Look very overwhelming, but perhaps that's just me.....Next, always very appealing, clean, tidy and plenty to choose from. Overall, Morfa is a great out of town place to shop, where you can do your weekly shop at Morrisons too and then collect some fuel on the way out. Just great!

Morfa Shopping Park. Swansea Council's advertising for the worst design car park ever. 1 way in, and 1 way out. Absolute traffic carnage. Must have been drunk when thinking of that. Shops are OK, though; while they're still there, that is.

Absolutely stunning deco, everything is brand new and knocks spots off the Llanelli branch. Food was very nice and as expected. Would definitely return.

Selection of shops is good, only thing that makes shopping there a faff is the parking, and getting in/out of the car park if it's busy.

It's a very big shopping place and situated in Morfa retail park. Parking is available here. They sell the fresh fruits and vegetables and all the are on reasonable price but little bit high as compared to Tesco and Aldi.

Amazing service from staff, amazing attitudes towards customers and the food was the best Nando?s I have had in a long time and they had everything i wanted(Llanelli branch never has some of the sides we like) would 100% definitely go again, the layout of the restaurant is warm and open. Everything was just amazing about our experience here! We were excited as it is now local to us whereas the other 2 Nando?s are about half hour drives not 10 minutes away. Our expectations were definitely exceeded.

I love Nando?s! Had to try the new one that?s just opened close to home. Just one word ??fabulous ?. Staff were lovely, food was delicious ? definitely worth a visit.
