Charging car and once again petrol cars are parking in EV spaces and not giving a damn.
Can something be done about this? It takes them 5 minutes to refuel their car, our EV ones take up to an hour sometimes.
Food was ok I guess, lots of tiny fryer scraps in the chip holder, then I discover the Philly cheese is just a double quarter pounder with cheese sauce and onions instead of ketchup mustard and pickles.
Save your money guys!

Unfortunately messed up order again, cheese on item despite ordering without (and packaging label stating without). Also items missing from order.
Dietary restrictions: Check customised orders before leaving, as unfortunately often sadly they mix things up

Put up a sign to warn not to to park in an area everyone used to park at.
I used to go here and get McDonald's and then something from the garage and got charged a £60 fine.

I am disabled and ordered by phone and paid by credit card. Like a fool, I mentioned I was disabled. The order was taken but never delivered to me, and I was never refunded either. AVOID!

Manager said she simply couldn?t go round to the burger boards and tell them I didn?t want lettuce as I completely forgot to say on delivery but was very rude about it and swore at me after I asked her to go round to the kitchen and simply ask for no letttuce but bc it wasn?t on the label she dismissed my complaint and de justified what I was trying to adress. I know full well she could?ve gone and asked as funnily I?ve worked I fast food and it?s happened to me in the past and we?ve done it with no worry or complaint at all.

The worst mcdonalds on planet earth. That's right, the worst of a global franchise. They ALWAYS mrss something up or forget something. Bad food, dreadful service. How can you mess up mcdonald so consistently?

Service is a bit slow, they are not concerned with providing good service to customers, they are more concerned with looking pretty and often I have to wait without any other customers because they are busy with each other.

Always forget something. Forgot my chips so just had a small cheeseburger and four nuggets which personally wasn?t enough for me. Also don?t make the mistake of parking in the not obviously a different car park that is next door to the McDonald?s as you will and I have got fined £100 (it?s impossible not to make this mistake really when asked to park up)

Let a driver take stone cold food and admitted this when we called and said not our responsibility. Arrived absolutely stone cold, melded together, congealed. Supposed to be fast food, we know it's fast crap but we pay for a n extra service as well as the original and even the drive through isn't worth it. We called up the place and the member of staff was just rude. Delivery fee, service fee, bags and the profit they make. Never again. And was hardly before.

Absolutely abysmal service!!!
If you want to guarantee to have your order wrong, with rude service on the side, then this is the place to go!
I can quite honestly say that I have never had a correct order from here, but besides that, the service is disgusting when I take back my incorrect order. It?s almost as if the staff play a game of how many orders they can get wrong in one day.
I will never visit here again as I?m so shocked at how terrible the service is, let alone the complete lack of compassion from such extremely rude staff!
