Great food as always from McDonalds, Had the ?A Minecraft Movie? Big Mac meal and it was amazing (it even came with a toy!)
Would recommend visiting, Toilets were clean, restaurant was clean. All burgers made to order since it is a quieter location although its right on Moto Swansea West Services.
Parking: Only 3 Disabled spots
Kid-friendliness: Has a McDonalds Play Place
Wheelchair accessibility: 3 Disabled Parking Spots, Step-Free access and a disabled bathroom

Ordered a katsu curry wrap meal with a double cheese burger and 2 bbq sauces, only thing I had right was the bottle of water and sauces, I received 2 BBQ wraps and 2 chilli wraps instead of what I ordered

Just used Mcdelivery absolutely useless. Told me 19.20 then 19.25, 19.35 now 19.45. I selected Fforestfach but it's coming from Penllergaer which is further away ?. Food arrived stone cold states on the receipt on the bag it was sealed at 19.17 took almost 30 minutes to get to me. Soggy cold ?, cold Big Mac and COLD hot apple pie so no way was my food in any type of insulated bag. So we threw it in the bin and drove to burger king which is basically on the same estate, ordered placed it in our own insulated bag drove home 12 minutes and it was piping hot

Omg nuggets were thrown at us not even in the bag with the chips and gave us wrong sauce which we paid for terrible attitude there pennllagaer services avoid omg been there again today it was disgusting we paid £26-07 food was cold my husband went back up for more sauces young girl just sighed and dropped them on the counter and walked off didn't say anything staff and place is disgusting

I'd not been to any Mcdonalds for sometime, visiting tonight reminded me why. Tables not too bad for hygiene, floor covered in food and no staff fussed about clearing it up. As for the food (if you can call it that) standards severely dropped since covid, and prices stupid now for what we had. You wouldnt mind paying those prices if the food was nice or even fresh / hot. Thats the last Mcdonalds I'll ever have - period.
