This is a funky looking place, with a stepped seating area and a soft play section. There are booths to sit in and eat, which sets it apart from some other local branches of McDonalds. You can feel like a millionaire who enjoys cold chips.
The food is standard, but it takes an age to reach you and even then what you receive may not be what you ordered.
The table service option means that at least you're not staring at the screen, waiting for your number to climb the ladder. But it was a good 20-25 minutes from ordering to eating (plus going to the counter to request the missing items).
If you eat here with the expectation that there's a wait, then you'll have an okay time of it. I recommend a milkshake and all the nuggets.

Ordered 2 cheeseburger through the app, accidentally pressed drive through pickup without realising, I have no car today and went into store to collect the food, I was told by the manager that she won't do anything, the order is payed and now I've lost money and no food ? 0/10 service shocking manager short woman blonde/brown hair needs firing no professionalism whatsoever

Absolute joke here recently, asked to park up every time even when you order 1 beef burger, 1 chips and 1 drink and when it comes, they even get that wrong! Not sure what management they have in charge but it?s an absolute shambles compared to how it used to be. Avoid here if you want ?fast food? and your order correct

Awful for waiting times, very rarely get the orders right. 85% of the time missing items or given someone else's order. Fast food it certainly is not. And that goes for all McDonald's these days not just this 1.

Went through the drive through and was the same as always. Use the app, tell the person the code, get to the window, say go to the next window and then get told to park up and they'll bring the food, such a long wait. Every. Single. Time.

Absolutely dreadful. They never get an order correct and blame Uber drivers if your food is incorrect when ordering via Uber. It's McDonald's staff that pack and seal the bag, yet they blame them because they're incompetent.

Not sure how sending everyone to park up after they order in the smallest car park ever work but hey after doing 4 laps finally got parked. Waited 20 mins for order to turn up the wrong one ... had two cheese burgers looked like they had been sat on so sent back another 20 mins later still waiting for rest of order to turn up ..... need to do alot better

Ordered a £5 cheeseburger meal and 3 caramel frappes the meal was nice and the frappes were nice and full and tasty much better experience here than the McDonald?s down Swansea

Chips and wrap were not hot.
Ordering machine wasn't printing receipts.
Kid-friendliness: Soft play was good for granddaughter. But why are they always near the door to mind presents safety issues.

Worst McDonald's is Swansea due to the incoherent staff they employ. Every time I order a custom meal it has to be read and prepared but goes through about 3 individuals and none of them read the orders properly and slap stickers on with the custom order but the opposite inside. Chips are usually not fresh and Luke warm and when you complain they have a non caring attitude
