I've visited this McDonald's 3 times in the last 2 weeks and ALL the fizzy drinks have not been available with no apparent reason given. Each of my 3 visits have either resulted in missing items from my order, cold & stale chips, cold burgers when they've apparently been made fresh, and straws missing. Just overall awful and very frustrating when I arrive home.

Ordered food off the app. Order was delivered short an item and the chips and other burgers were inedible. After 8 calls they refused to refund us or deliver the short item to us. Absolutely disgusting .

Appalling McDonald?s, the guy at the window has absolutely filthy hands made me feel sick having to take my charge out of them filthy things! Also made me park up and waited over 15 minutes for my single meal order, order came wrong so I then had to go back in and sort this! Over 45 minutes spent in the car park all together! Worse service in the uk honestly! Avoid this one!

Very busy drive-through, we were on our way to Gower for the day, stopped for breakfast. I had a lovely sausage, bacon bap, but way too much ketchup in it, but good compared to some establishments.

I dont expect anyone who works there read these reviews, but this particular 'Donald's is the most unorganised I've been to. Perhaps Ronald Mc.Donald himself runs this one. You got my order wrong AGAIN. I had to park up in a full carpark full of some quiet angry customers sent to the same fate in the first place. I think you should have a policy, that if customers have to wait for their order, the manager should bring it out. That way the staff who have no control over the situation bear the brunt of complaints. At least if the manager did it, they could see how many upset customers their poor organisation has created.
Anyway - I have a tip for you Ronald if you are reading this : Due to the likes of Uber Eats, Just Eat, or whatever other delivery service you seem to prioritise over visiting customers- get more staff and a bigger kitchen. You would get more happy customers, more turn over, more profit. Just an idea eh?

Visited this branch for the first time, and in all fairness.... everything was as perfect as you'd expect. The order was pretty quick and everything was as requested (I usually have to go up and ask for replacements in other branches due to being wrong). Keep up the good work and standards everyone.

Worst McDonald's in Swansea because of the type of staff they hire who do not pay attention to orders and consistently get them wrong. Upon my visit to this store I noticed they employ a lot of young inexperienced individuals who lack the skills of attention and care to your meals.

Went in to ask where my order was and was told it had been sent out and was told to go see if they?re in the carpark looking for me. No offer for a refund or nothing didn?t even receive my food

3 members of staff tried to order me a breakfast and after 10 mins they said have to do it on line. My app was old and it froze up my phone. Totally incompetent
