We ordered two meals. I got a mayo chicken with extra mayo. And then they just gave me a chicken burger. Is it that hard to do your job properly? Like how hard is it to put in a squirt or two of mayo into the burger. Goodness me

Missing items in the as well as the wrong items in the order! We live too far to drive all the way back to get the missing items and change the wrong items! The guy even checked the order and still got it wrong. Check your order yourself before you leave!!!

Since when do you let girls where makeup around food. I done my food hygiene and in there it say. Don't wear makeup around food. When you sweating, it drips in people food,fake eye lashes drops in food. No jewellery to be worn too. I will not be coming back for food. Very disappointing ?. Even the mangers (women) are too. They should show them not to wear make-up around food.

Ah fancied a cheeseburger and partner likes fillet o fish so we thought ooo why dont we go for a trip to maccies, wouldn't been better getting a microwave meal...3 cars got served before us and 5 cars got their meals before us...we were only waiting for 2 cheeseburgers and a double fillet o fish. Our food was cold so they didn't even need to cook it so a bit unsure why we had to wait a while. My partners cheese on his fillet o fish was doing a jailbreak, dangling off the edge of the bin. Got into my first cheeseburger, I had no onions - it was smothered in tomatoe sauce. Got to my second one oh and behold I have onions! There's about 5 little specks of onion rings, if id known i could've split them between my burgers. Cost us nearly 9 quid aswell and no extras. If you want onions, make sure to bring your own.

Staff were pleasant. I ordered pancakes with sausage patty. The patty was dry and cardboard like . The utensils I was given collapsed when I tried to cut not the patty and pancakes. Worse experience ever. I have left it and am going to LEEKES for some edible food.

We come here a lot late at night. The food is usually cold after waiting a while for it, shakes, ice cream and blended iced drinks are usually off the menu and the restaurant is usually a mess. Staff are friendly enough but don't really seem to care.

Went to go and order a Lovely McFlurry BUT they said they would refuse my service despite being open 24/7, I am loyal customer and unhappy with their service, there were 2 employees stood outside smoking and one of them had there headset on like I am terribly disappointed.
