  complete waste of time of a company. called to enquire about an IVA and agent was pushing me towards bankruptcy. didnt listen to want i wanted at all. don't bother even contacting them.

Simon was very helpful and advised me how to save money by striking the company off.Not only did he explain what to do, he followed up very quickly with an email.
